Paintings With Soul

Since October 2006 I've been a daily painter, creating a new pet portrait at least 5 times per week. Over the years I've expanded my offerings to include a variety of animals, pets, race horses, children and other treasured heirlooms. In addition, I accept a limited number of commissions each year.

In 2015 I am honored to be the Kentucky Derby Artist.

You may use the links below right to receive my daily paintings via email or to follow my blog with a feed. I post additional info, including in-process jpgs and other related information, on the studio Facebook page as well.

Meanwhile, thanks
so much for your continued support of my artwork.

“Lip Smackin’ (Murphy),” 4” x 5”, bichon mix pet portrait in acrylic on canvasboard, $50. Inquiries to ksantini@turtledovedesigns.com .

SOLD.

Yesterday I said today’s piece would be a commission, and in a sense it is. However, my client, who’s sent in multiple candidates for the dog-a-day project, has asked if she could reserve her “first dibs” until all 4 were completed (Monday’s “Cookie in the Snow” is part of the package). It seemed like a reasonable request to me.

But I’m not certain how to handle the logistics, being as I am committed to posting daily, and it’s not fair to post something as available for purchase when it maybe isn’t. So I’ll start a wait list for anyone interested in “Lip Smackin’” or “Cookie in the Snow,” (along with tomorrow and Friday’s paintings) and I’ll let you know by Saturday whether any of these little guys will be coming to live at your house!!

Thanks, as always, for looking,
And for sharing these paintings with your friends and family,
Kim
