"Tulip Bowl," 24" x 30" acrylics on panel, featuring violet tulips in a goldfish bowl. Another piece created for licensing consideration, this one is available to the  first asking nicely  for $899, with one contingency. IF Tulip Bowl makes the licensing cut, I'll ship the artwork to my agency for a high resolution scan, after which the painting can be shipped to a new home. Bun, 6" x 8", acrylics on museum quality panel depicting Bun, a little Lionhead bunny who's accomplishing great things (read below), $329 to the first asking nicely. Proceeds from the sale of Bun's portrait (and reproductions and cell phone cases ) will benefit bunny rescue. A call for bunny muses introduced me to this little guy. I was drawn immediately to his velvety color, deep fur and sweet demeanor. Then I got to know his Mom and fell in love with his family and their mission - Bun as the face for responsible pet ownership. You, too, can become a Bun fan here .   "Mazie Lou," sketch done in acrylic on bristol board, approximately 5" square roughly centered on a 9" x 12" page, depiciting a Cavalier King Charles-Cocker Spaniel mix, commissioned and in a private collection (THANK YOU!).     I did lots more sketching today, along with delivering three works to a new show, planning several future exhibitions, readying a solid stack of paintings for shipping next week, and working up concepts for new portraits.   And now I'm off to watch some high school playoffs football.   Go Dragons!! The perfect prescription for healing.   This morning all three kids got off to school - although The Caped Crusader slept in and joined his classmates a little later in the day.
