Which truly upset me at the time, because after   yesterday's painting , I was dying to get in the studio and start pushing paint. But something happened. While I was shoveling (and muttering under my breath about why it seemed like a good idea back in July to sell our snow blower in the garage sale), I noticed the lace like patterns of bare branches agains the fresh snow. And the birds were huddled together, in the densest part of the trees and shrubs, giving me a piece of their minds, too. So that is what I painted today. And there just might be more of these. It's sort of like a Daydream painting, but...

Sure enough, last week she got drawn overtop an unresolved ballerina/dance/siren painting, and ever since then, she has had me beguiled. What is the message she's sending? I think I figured out what she was trying to tell me - to stop overthinking and questioning too much, and to just do. What do you suppose she's telling you, though?
