This Friday, at 10am eastern, I will be doing a live painting demo in my online classroom. I will have multiple cameras set up (both my easel and palette/work surface), giving each student a front row seat from the comfort of their own home, as I share - with real time q&a - how I take my own goosebumps (like experiencing a flock of cardinals flying around me yesterday) and turn them into paintings. This demo is offered via zoom webinars; participants must have zoom installed on their devices and be enrolled in the Real Time tier of my patreon.
All Real Time online students will have access to watching the demo live, along with a recorded version of the presentation. Real Time participation costs $25/month, and provides students several in person experiences each month (like artist talks, mini workshops and demonstrations), along with access to studio happenings, in process photos, weekly vlogs and other goodies. To learn more, visit my Patreon.
And yes, you can join for just this month, watch the demo, and leave if you wish. However, there will be more demos and talks and other ways to share our love for creating, so I do hope that you stick around.
Meanwhile, enjoy Red Bird, titled after Mary Oliver's poem.
Thanks for following along on my painting journey. Stay well, Fondly, Kim |
