This one is pure magic. She’s a fusion of the landscape centric Talisman (acrylic) paintings and the broken sky oil studies I have been obsessed with the last couple weeks (they have been shared on FB and Insta). She’s also got bits of my mixed media drawings in her - not literally, but the gems I discovered while making the mixed media drawings (last year) definitely informed her progression.
She oozes serenity, which apparently I needed a good dose of, because my entire mood improved once she hit my easel.
I’ve defined some takeaways and new what if’s to explore next. Excited to see where she takes me.
