This painting was one of the central pieces included in my solo show last year, Fox, at The Manoogian Gallery inside Liggett University Schools. I was surprised this morning to see that, oddly enough, she had never been shared via my newsletter - that was a huge oversight, now corrected.


This lovely has found herself back on the market through no fault of her own, and I know she is going to find the very best home!


The Quick Brown Fox holds all of the autumnal woods in her core. She’ll entice you to go on a walk through the dappled light and savor the crunch of leaves under foot. She’ll dance between the trees to birdsong as the fall color ripens. Who wouldn’t want this sort of experience right on their own walls?

The cover of "A Dog Named Blue," now available from Blurb publishers. When I first painted Amelia I never imagined that she would be re-christened "Blue" and inspire a book. In her defense, Amelia had a number of other partners in crime - animals who's portraits seemed to fall into a specific color category and prompt color-centric names. In typical ADD fashion, my brain started spinning 100mph. What if I turned those muses' paintings into a picture book for animal loving kids? This is Shadow, who went missing on Sunday night. He belongs to a friend of mine, and has been a fixture in our community for many years. Errant fireworks scared the silly old guy into running off, and his family is busy searching for him. The mercury is rising a wee bit each day and the days are getting longer and brighter.
