Paintings With Soul

Since October 2006 I've been a daily painter, creating a new pet portrait at least 5 times per week. Over the years I've expanded my offerings to include a variety of animals, pets, race horses, children and other treasured heirlooms. In addition, I accept a limited number of commissions each year.

In 2015 I am honored to be the Kentucky Derby Artist.

You may use the links below right to receive my daily paintings via email or to follow my blog with a feed. I post additional info, including in-process jpgs and other related information, on the studio Facebook page as well.

Meanwhile, thanks
so much for your continued support of my artwork.

SOLD.

Both Wycheck and Xena are chronicled on Best Friends Animal Snctuary's website. You can read their entire story, and stay up to date on their progress, by visiting the Guardian Angel page: https://www.bestfriends.org/guardianangel/. Consider yourself cautioned, though - prepare to get caught up in their diaries (and those of a few other animals, too!). The caregivers of Wycheck, Xena and all the others on this page do an excellent and thorough job detailing the care and progress of each animal, straight through to adoption.

Thanks again to Molly Wald, photographer extraordinaire at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, for sharing her photos with me in the development of these paintings.

And a special thank you to Kim Hendrickson, who purchased "Good Ole Boy (Grover)" yesterday about 2 minutes after I posted him to the group. Kim you are to be commended for your quick reaction !!

Thanks, as always, for looking and sharing these paintings with your friends and family.
Take care,
Kim
